Sports are a big part of your kids lives and we don't want the cost of physical to get in the way of athletic dreams.

Pratt Community Health Clinic will be offering free sports physicals for uninsured students. We will conduct a thorough exam to determine if the student-athlete is healthy enough to participate in their sport of choice and make sure there are no underlying health concerns.
